Before proceeding, please refresh your screen or log out then back in again. Enrollments can take up to 24 hours to process. 


If you have paid for your course, received confirmation of your transaction, but still cannot see your course listed in your courses, please contact our administration immediately.


When you email us we will require your full name and email address associated with your account, along with the transaction number and date of the transaction, what form of payment you used and the last 4 digits of your card if you paid via credit card. 

If you paid using some else’s PayPal or credit card, we will also need their name.


Please remember, it does take up to 24 hours for your transaction to be processed and for the course to appear in your account.


If after this time you still cannot see your courses and the funds have been deducted from your account, please contact us immediately.
