As per our Terms and Conditions which each student accepts when enrolling, there is a strict policy regarding Exchanges.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds and Exchanges are only available when a student has not logged into a course at all.
• Claims for refunds will be processed only during the subscription period for each course. Once the subscription period of each individual course has lapsed, no refund will be given.
• Any refund made will incur a US$25 administration fee per course.
• Exchanges can only be made within 72 hours of the initial enrolment.
• Refunds and Exchanges are made at the discretion of the Company Management.

If you have not accessed the course, please contact us to alert us of your wish to exchange your course. Again, this must be done within 72 hours of your initial purchase.
